重楼Paridis Rhizoma作为我国药用历史悠久的传统中药,具备多基原、多功效的典型特征。但当前产业存在野生资源枯竭、人工栽培品质参差不齐、市售药材质量差异大等问题,构建科学完善的品质评价体系对保障用药安全有效至关重要。系统梳理重楼传统经验评价体系,包括基原考证、外观性状辨识、道地产区传统经验评判;总结现代评价手段,包含显微鉴别、多色谱与光谱联用化学检测、药效活性评价及毒理安全评价等。从基原、栽培因素、采收时间和年限、产地、加工、炮制及贮藏在内的多重因素,全面剖析影响重楼药材品质形成的关键因素及内在作用规律。未来需重新评估角质重楼药用价值,针对不同基原筛选专属功效质量标志物,融合谱效关联、多组学、人工智能等技术构建兼顾有效成分、生物活性与毒性风险的综合质量评价体系,为完善重楼品质评价体系奠定基础。

Chonglou (Paridis Rhizoma) is a traditional Chinese medicine with a long history of use in China, featuring multiple origins and multiple functions. However, the current industry faces problems such as depletion of wild resources, uneven quality of artificial cultivation, and significant differences in the quality of commercially available medicinal materials. Constructing a scientific and comprehensive quality evaluation system is crucial for ensuring the safety and efficacy of medication. This paper systematically reviews the traditional experience-based evaluation system of Paridis Rhizoma, including origin verification, identification of appearance and characteristics, and traditional experience-based evaluation of the main production areas; it also summarizes modern evaluation methods, including microscopic identification, multi-chromatography and spectroscopy combined chemical detection, pharmacological activity evaluation, and toxicological safety evaluation. From multiple factors such as origin, cultivation factors, harvest time and period, production area, processing, preparation, and storage, this paper comprehensively analyzes the key factors and internal regulatory laws that affect the quality formation of Paridis Rhizoma medicinal materials. In the future, the medicinal value of Paridis Rhizoma needs to be re-evaluated, and specific quality indicators for different origins should be selected. By integrating spectral-effect correlation, multi-omics, and artificial intelligence technologies, a comprehensive quality evaluation system that takes into account active ingredients, biological activity, and toxicity risks should be constructed, laying the foundation for improving the quality evaluation system of Paridis Rhizoma.
