目的 对桑枝总生物碱片治疗2型糖尿病进行临床综合评价，为政策准入、临床治疗提供参考。方法 以阿卡波糖、伏格列波糖和米格列醇为对照，从有效性、安全性、药学特性、经济性、其他属性5个维度对桑枝总生物碱片进行定量评分。从适宜性、可及性、创新性和中医特色4个维度对桑枝总生物碱进行定性评价。结果 桑枝总生物碱片的药学特性和有效性与对照药品相当，安全性得分最高，经济性和其他属性得分相对偏低，总分71.22分，可作为临床用药的强推荐。同时具有较好的适宜性、可及性、创新性和中医特色。结论 桑枝总生物碱片治疗2型糖尿病具有良好的综合获益，可作为2型糖尿病的优选治疗方案之一。

Objective To conduct a comprehensive clinical evaluation of Mulberry Twig Alkaloids Tablets in the treatment of type 2 diabetes, providing references for policy access and clinical treatment. Methods Compared with acarbose, voglibose, and miglitol, the quantitative scoring of Mulberry Twig Alkaloids Tablets was calculated based on five dimensions: effectiveness, safety, pharmaceutical characteristics, economy, and other attributes. Meanwhile, qualitative assessment was conducted in four dimensions, namely suitability, accessibility, innovation, and traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) characteristics. Results The pharmacological properties and effectiveness of Mulberry Twig Alkaloids Tablets are comparable to those of the control drugs, with the highest safety score and relatively low scores for economy and other attributes. A total score of 71.22 points makes it a strong recommendation for clinical use. Also, it has good suitability, accessibility, innovation, and TCM characteristics. Conclusions The drug has shown excellent comprehensive benefits in the treatment of type 2 diabetes and can be regarded as one of the preferred treatment options for this disease.
