近年来,随着肿瘤发病率和死亡率的显著上升,寻找新的治疗模式以提高疗效成为肿瘤学领域的重要研究方向。热疗是继手术、化疗、放疗和免疫治疗之外的一种肿瘤治疗手段,逐渐受到关注。热疗通过提高肿瘤组织温度,诱导肿瘤细胞坏死,释放肿瘤抗原,改变肿瘤免疫微环境,清除免疫抑制性细胞,从而增强机体的抗肿瘤免疫反应。此外,热疗还可上调肿瘤细胞表面的黏附分子和热休克蛋白的表达,激活细胞毒性T淋巴细胞和其他免疫效应细胞,进一步促进免疫反应。热疗与免疫治疗的联合在多种肿瘤模型中显示出协同效应,显著提高抗肿瘤治疗效果。系统总结热疗对肿瘤免疫功能的作用机制及其与免疫治疗的联合策略,旨在为未来肿瘤治疗的研究和应用提供理论依据和新思路。

In recent years, with the significant increase in cancer incidence and mortality rates, finding new treatment modalities to improve efficacy has become an important research direction in the field of oncology. Hyperthermia, as a cancer treatment method following surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, and immunotherapy, has gradually attracted attention. Hyperthermia enhances the body's anti-tumor immune response by raising the temperature of tumor tissues, inducing tumor cell necrosis, releasing tumor antigens, altering the tumor immune microenvironment, and eliminating immunosuppressive cells. Additionally, hyperthermia can upregulate the expression of adhesion molecules and heat shock proteins on the surface of tumor cells, activating cytotoxic T lymphocytes and other immune effector cells, thereby further promoting the immune response. Current research indicates that the combination of hyperthermia and immunotherapy shows synergistic effects in various tumor models, significantly improving treatment outcomes. This paper systematically summarizes the mechanisms of hyperthermia's effects on tumor immune function and its research progress in combination with immunotherapy, aiming to provide theoretical basis and new insights for future cancer treatment research and applications.
