枸杞子是宁夏枸杞Lycium barbarum 的干燥成熟果实，是一种药食同源的中药材，药用历史悠久，具有保护肝肾功能、调节免疫、抗肿瘤、抗氧化、抗衰老、降血糖等药理作用，临床应用广泛，有关其药效、产品开发以及质量评价的活性指标一直是研究热点。然而，目前尚缺乏对于枸杞子古今功效、临床应用以及与现代药理活性研究的关联性分析。基于此，对本草古籍中有关枸杞子功效的记载、《中国药典》2020版年中含有枸杞子的成方制剂功效主治进行梳理归纳；同时对枸杞子现代药理研究进展进行归纳总结，并基于CiteSpace进行文献可视化分析，进一步分析枸杞子古今应用的主要功能主治及目前研究热点。以期为进一步阐明枸杞子功效活性和进一步产品开发、临床应用及质量评价提供依据和参考。

Lycium barbarum is a traditional Chinese medicine that can be used for both food and medicine. Its has a long history of medicinal use and a wide range of clinical applications. The activity indexes regarding its efficacy, product development, and quality evaluation have become research hotspots. However, there is a lack of analyses regarding the ancient, modern efficacy and treatment of L. barbarum, its clinical applications, and its relevance to modern pharmacological activity studies. Based on this, this paper summarizes the records regarding the efficacy of L. barbarum found in ancient materia medica texts, as well as the efficacy of prescription preparations containing L. barbarum in the 2020 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia; At the same time, the progress of modern pharmacological research on L. barbarum was summarized, and a literature visualization analysis was conducted using CiteSpace to further analyze the main functions of L. barbarum as applied in both ancient and modern times, as well as the current research hotspots. This paper aims to provide a basis and reference for further elucidation of the efficacy and activity of L. barbarum, as well as for further product development, clinical application, and quality evaluation.
