连花清瘟胶囊具有清瘟解毒、宣肺泄热的功效,临床用于治疗流行性感冒属热毒袭肺证,在抗击新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间发挥了重要作用,成为国家诊疗方案、各省治疗方案推荐的中成药。从药理作用以及临床应用两个方面来总结连花清瘟胶囊(颗粒)抗新型冠状病毒、流感病毒、呼吸道合胞病毒、肠道病毒、疱疹病毒等的研究进展,以期对连花清瘟胶囊(颗粒)抗病毒作用的研究现状有新的认识,从而更好地推进其抗病毒的深入研究,更加合理地应用于临床。

Lianhua Qingwen Capsule has the effect of clearing away the plague and detoxification, purging the lung and discharging heat, and it is used to treat influenza which belongs to the syndrome of heat toxin attacking the lung. Since the outbreak of COVID-19 infection, Lianhua Qingwen have played a significant role, and has become a traditional Chinese patent medicines which recommended by the national diagnosis and treatment plan and provincial treatment plan. The authors have summarized the research progress of Lianhua Qingwen Capsule (Granule) against severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2, influenza virus, respiratory syncytial virus from the perspective of pharmacological effect and clinical application, in order to have a new understanding of the research status of Lianhua Qingwen Capsule (Granule)'s against virus effect, so as to better guide the antiviral research of Lianhua Qingwen Capsule (Granule).
