白鲜皮来源于芸香科植物白鲜Dictamnus dasycarpus的干燥根皮,具有清热燥湿、祛风解毒的功效。白鲜皮的化学成分丰富,主要成分有生物碱类、柠檬苦素类、黄酮类等,具有抗菌、抗炎、抗过敏、杀虫、抗肿瘤、保肝、改善心血管系统、神经保护等药理作用。对白鲜皮及其有效部位和单体成分(包括白鲜皮水提物、白鲜皮醇提物、白鲜皮煎剂、白鲜碱、梣酮、黄柏酮、柠檬苦素等)的药理作用进行总结和归纳,为进一步深入的药理机制研究及开发利用提供理论依据。

The Cortex Dictamni is the dried root bark of the Dictamnus dasycarpus in the rutaceae family. The Cortex Dictamni has the effect of clearing heat and dampness, dispelling wind and detoxifying. The chemical composition of Cortex Dictamni is abundant, the main components are alkaloids, limonins, flavonoids, etc., which have antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, anti-allergic,insecticidal, anti-tumor, liver protection, improve cardiovascular system, neuroprotection and other pharmacological effects. In this paper, the pharmacological effects of Cortex Dictamni effective parts and monomer components including Cortex Dictamni aqueous extract, Cortex Dictamni ethanol extracts, Cortex Dictamni decoction, dictamnine, fraxinellone, obacunone,limonin are summarized,so as to provide a theoretical basis for further in-depth mechanism research and guidance of clinical rational drug use.
