目的 系统评价半夏泻心汤对溃疡性结肠炎疗效、不良反应及血清肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）的改善作用。方法 检索中国学术期刊全文数据库（CNKI）、万方数据库（Wanfang Data）、维普生物医学数据库（VIP）、中国生物医学文献数据库（CBM）、PubMed、Embase、Cochrane Library、Web of Science数据库中半夏泻心汤治疗溃疡性结肠炎的随机对照试验（RCT），检索时限为建库至 2022年 12月 31日，筛选文献并提取相关数据，使用 RevMan 5.4软件进行 Meta分析。结果 共纳入10项RCTs，包括768例患者。Meta分析结果显示，半夏泻心汤治疗组疗效更高［OR＝5.72，95%CI（3.50，9.36），P＜0.000 01］、血清TNF-α水平更低［SMD＝-2.09，95%CI（-3.33，-0.85），P＝0.001］，不良反应发生率与对照组比较无明显差异［OR＝0.38，95%CI（0.21，0.68），P＝0.23］。结论 半夏泻心汤能有效治疗溃疡性结肠炎，安全性较好，但本研究纳入研究的数量少，结论仍需更多高质量、高级别的临床研究进一步验证。

Objective To systematically evaluate the efficacy, adverse reactions and serum TNF-α of Banxia Xiexin Decoction in the treatment of ulcerative colitis. Methods The randomized controlled trial of Banxia Xiexin Decoction in treatment of ulcerative colitis in the Chinese Academic Journal Full Text Database (CNKI), Wanfang Data, VIP, CBM, PubMed, Embase, Cochrane Library, and Web of Science databases was searched, from foundation to December 31, 2022, and the literature was screened, the document quality was evaluated, and the Meta-analysis was performed using the RevMan 5.4 software. Results A total of 10 RCTs involving 768 patients were included. Meta-analysis results showed that treatment group of Banxia Xiexin Decoction had higher efficacy [OR=5.72, 95%CI ( 3.50, 9.36), P＜0.000 01 ], lower serum TNF-α [SMD=-2.09, 95%CI (-3.33,-0.85 ), P＝0.001]. There was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups [OR=0.38, 95%CI ( 0.21,0.68 ), P＝0.23]. Conclusion Banxia Xiexin Decoction can effectively treat ulcerative colitis. However, due to the small number of included studies the conclusion still needs more high-quality and high-level evidence-based evidence for further demonstration.
