[摘要]
桂枝汤由桂枝、芍药、甘草、大枣和生姜5味药组成,具有解肌发表、调和营卫的功效,是中医常用治疗外感风寒表虚证之方。现代药理研究表明桂枝汤不仅对体温、汗腺分泌、血压、免疫功能及胃肠运动有调节作用,还具有抗炎、抗菌、抗病毒、降低血糖和心血管保护等作用。就近年来国内外对桂枝汤药理作用的研究进展进行综述,以期为进一步深入研究与综合开发利用桂枝汤奠定基础。

Guizhi Decoction, which is composed of Cinnamomum cassia, Paeoniae Radix Alba, Glycyrrhiza uralensis, Ziziphus jujuba and Zingiber officinale, shows the effects of "Jieji Fabiao, regulating Ying ang Wei". It is commonly used by traditional Chinese medicine physicians to treat exogenous wind-cold syndrome. Modern pharmacological studies have shown that Guiguizhi Decoction not only regulates body temperature, sweat gland secretion, blood pressure, immune function and gastrointestinal motility, but also has anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antiviral, hypoglycemic and cardiovascular protection effects. In this paper, the pharmacological mechanism of Guizhi Decoction was summarized to lay a foundation for further research.
