目的 探讨肿痛安胶囊联合沙利度胺治疗复发性口腔溃疡的疗效及其对免疫细胞的影响。方法 选取2019年5月—2020年12月绵阳市中心医院收治的92例复发性口腔溃疡患者作为研究对象，按照治疗方法将患者分为对照组和观察组，每组各46例。对照组口服沙利度胺片，50 mg/次，2次/d。观察组在对照组基础上口服肿痛安胶囊，0.56 g/次，3次/d。两组均连续治疗7 d。观察两组的临床疗效及临床症状改善时间，同时比较两组治疗前后的视觉模拟评分法（VAS）评分和免疫指标水平。结果 治疗后，观察组患者的总有效率为93.48%，对照组为78.26%，组间比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组VAS评分均显著降低（P<0.05），且观察组VAS评分降低程度更明显（P<0.05）。治疗后，观察组的水肿消失时间、渗出消失时间、疼痛消失时间、溃疡愈合时间均短于对照组低，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组的CD3⁺、CD4⁺、CD4⁺/CD8⁺、NK细胞均显著升高（P<0.05）；治疗后，观察组CD3⁺、CD4⁺、CD4⁺/CD8⁺、NK细胞显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 肿痛安胶囊联合沙利度胺可提高复发性口腔溃疡的疗效，进一步降低临床症状和疼痛程度，改善免疫功能，且安全性良好。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of Zhongtongan Capsules combined with thalidomide in treatment of recurrent oral ulcer and its effect on immune cells. Methods A total of 92 patients with recurrent oral ulcer treated in Mianyang Central Hospital from May 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects. According to the treatment methods, the patients were divided into control group and observation group, with 46 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were po administered with Thalidomide Tablets, 50 mg/ time, twice daily. Patients in the observation group were po administered with Zhongtongan Capsules, 0.56 g/time, 3 times daily. Both groups were treated continuously for 7 days. Clinical efficacy and improvement time of clinical symptoms in two groups were observed, and visual analogue scale (VAS) scores and immune indexes were compared before and after treatment between two groups. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 93.48%, and that of the control group was 78.26%, and the difference between groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). After treatment, VAS scores in two groups were significantly decreased (P < 0.05), and the degree of decrease in the observation group was more obvious (P < 0.05). After treatment, the edema disappearance time, exudation disappearance time, pain disappearance time, and ulcer healing time in the observation group were all shorter than those in the control group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). After treatment, the CD3⁺, CD4⁺, CD4⁺/CD8⁺ and NK cells in two groups were significantly increased (P < 0.05); After treatment, CD3⁺, CD4⁺, CD4⁺/CD8⁺ and NK cells in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion Zhongtongan Capsules combined with thalidomide can improve the curative effect of recurrent oral ulcer, further reduce the clinical symptoms and pain degree, improve the immune function, and has good safety.
