虫草素是冬虫夏草的主要活性成分之一,研究发现其具有抗肿瘤、抗病毒、免疫调节等多种药理活性。近年来,其抗肿瘤作用逐渐成为研究热点,包括肺癌、肝癌、乳腺癌等,其通过腺苷酸活化的蛋白激酶(AMPK)、磷脂酰肌醇-3激酶/蛋白激酶B (PI3K/Akt)、核因子-κB (NF-κB)等多种信号通路来抑制肿瘤细胞增殖、迁移和侵袭,并促进肿瘤细胞凋亡。就虫草素抗肿瘤作用的分子机制、具体应用中的存在问题及对策进行综述,以期为抗肿瘤新药研发提供参考。

Cordycepin is one of the main active constituent of the Chinese traditional medicine Cordyceps sinensis. Multiple biological activities of it have been found in past researches, such as anti-tumor, antiviral, and immunomodulation. In recent years, its anti-tumor mechanism has increasingly become a research hotspot, and it has been studied in various tumors such as lung cancer, liver cancer, and breast cancer. It was found that cordycepin inhibits tumor cell proliferation, migration and invasion through AMPK, PI3K/Akt, NF-κB and other signal pathways, and promotes tumor cell apoptosis. The molecular mechanism of cordycepin in different tumors, and the problems in its application and the countermeasures are reviewed, in order to provide a reference for research and development of new anticancer drugs.
