近年来,前列腺癌的发病率在我国逐年上升,严重影响男性的健康状况,而以雄激素阻断为主线的前列腺癌治疗方案总是面临着去势抵抗的困境。随着代谢组学概念在肿瘤领域的深入拓展,前列腺癌细胞内的代谢重编程受到越来越多研究者的关注。了解前列腺癌细胞内的代谢变化及其相关的分子机制,可为探究前列腺癌的病因和寻找有效的诊断标志物及治疗策略提供线索。其中,前列腺癌细胞中糖、脂以及氨基酸的代谢异常被广泛认为与前列腺癌的疾病进展相关,就这3方面的研究进展进行汇总与剖析,旨在为前列腺癌的早期诊断和治疗提供思路。

[Abstract]
The incidence of prostate cancer has increased by year in China, seriously affected the health of men. The first-line treatment for prostate cancer is androgen deprivation therapy, however, this treatment always face the dilemma of castration resistance. With the development of metabolomics in the field of cancer, the phenomenon of metabolic reprogramming in prostate cancer cells has attracted more and more attention.Understanding the metabolic changes and the related molecular mechanisms in prostate cancer cells can help us better understand the pathogenesis of prostate cancer and find effective diagnostic bio-markers and treatment strategies. Among them, the abnormal metabolism of glucose, fat and amino acids is widely considered to be related to the disease progression of prostate cancer.Therefore, this paper summarizes and analyzes the research progress of these three aspects, with a view to providing new ideas for the early diagnosis and adjuvant treatment of prostate cancer.
