目的 探讨丁苯酞氯化钠注射液联合阿司匹林和氯吡格雷治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效及其对白细胞介素（IL）-6水平的影响。方法 选择2014年5月-2018年7月选择在洛阳石化医院诊治的急性脑梗死患者120例作为研究对象，根据入院顺序随机数字表法将患者均分为对照组（60例）和观察组（60例）。对照组患者口服阿司匹林肠溶片，0.3~0.6 g/次，1次/d；硫酸氢氯吡格雷片，负荷量300 mg后改为75 mg/d治疗，1次/d。观察组在对照组治疗的基础上静脉注射丁苯酞氯化钠注射液，25 mg/次，1次/d。两组均连续治疗14 d。观察两组患者的临床疗效，同时比较两组治疗前后的Barthel指数、生存质量评分和IL-6水平。结果 治疗后，观察组的总有效率为98.3%，显著高于对照组的90.0%（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组的Barthel指数和生存质量评分均显著高于治疗前（P<0.05），且观察组Barthel指数和生存质量评分显著高于对照组（P<0.05）。两组治疗后的血清IL-6水平显著低于治疗前（P<0.05），且观察组IL-6水平显著低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 丁苯酞氯化钠注射液联合阿司匹林和氯吡格雷治疗急性脑梗死能提高疗效，抑制IL-6的表达，提高患者的日常生活能力和生活质量。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Butylphthalide and Sodium Chloride Injection combined with aspirin and clopidogrel in treatment of acute cerebral infarction and its effect on the level of IL-6. Methods A total of 120 patients with acute cerebral infarction treated in Luoyang Petrochemical Hospital from May 2014 to July 2018 were selected as study subjects, and the patients were divided into control group (60 cases) and observation group (60 cases) according to the random number table method of admission order. Patients in the control group were po administered with Aspirin Enteric-coated Tablets, 0.3-0.6 g/time, once daily, and Clopidogrel Hydrogen Sulphate Tablets with a load of 300 mg, then changed to 75 mg/d for once daily. Patients in the observation group were iv administered with Butylphthalide and Sodium Chloride Injection on the basis of control group, 25 mg/time, once daily. Both groups received continuous treatment for 14 days. After treatment, the clinical efficacy in two groups was observed, and the Barthel index, quality of life score, and IL-6 level of two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 98.3%, which was significantly higher than 90.0% of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the Barthel index and quality of life score in two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment (P<0.05), and the Barthel index and quality of life score in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the serum IL-6 level in two groups was significantly lower than that before treatment (P<0.05), and the IL-6 level in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Butylphthalide and Sodium Chloride Injection combined with aspirin and clopidogrel in treatment of acute cerebral infarction can improve the therapeutic effect, inhibit the expression of IL-6, and improve the patient's daily life ability and quality of life.
