急性咽痛是门诊常见病，中医药治疗该病临床疗效较好、且方法多样。为了解喷雾剂类中成药在常见病所致急性咽痛中的应用情况，检索了多个数据平台的相关临床随机对照试验，总结出喷雾剂类中成药治疗常见病所致急性咽痛具有确切的疗效，且中药喷雾剂具有使用方便、起效快、易携带、不易耐药等优势，具有重要的临床价值。但同时，已上市的喷雾剂类中成药也存在一些局限和不足，需进一步提升生产工艺技术水平，强化中药复方的作用机制研究，并提高临床试验设计的科学性，进一步开展临床试验，为中药喷雾剂的临床应用提供高质量证据。
