缺血性脑卒中是危害人类健康和生命安全的难治性疾病,注射用丹参多酚酸主要用于缺血性脑卒中的治疗,能显著改善神经功能缺损症状,临床疗效显著且安全性高。近年来围绕注射用丹参多酚酸治疗缺血性脑卒中开展了大量研究,对其改善脑部循环、保护神经、抗血栓形成、保护血脑屏障和改善脑功能障碍5方面的药理作用及作用机制进行归纳总结,以期为该制剂的进一步深入研究与开发提供新的思路,为临床治疗缺血性脑卒中提供理论依据。

Ischemic stroke is a refractory disease that endangers human health and life safety, Salvianolic Acids for Injection (SAFI) was mainly used in ischemic stroke, which can significantly improve the symptoms of neurological deficits, and has significant clinical efficacy and high safety. In recent years, a large number of researches on the efficacy and mechanism of SAFI have been carried out. The pharmacology and pharmacological mechanism of SAFI, such as improving brain circulation, protecting nerves, preventing thrombosis, protecting blood brain barrier, and improving brain dysfunction were summarized, which aimed to provide new ideas for the research and development of SAFI and provide theoretical basis for the clinical treatment of ischemic stroke.
