在过去的数十年内对p53基因及其产物的研究取得了重大进展,而肿瘤的多药耐药已经成为现今肿瘤治疗的重大障碍。考虑到p53基因作为抑癌基因的重要意义,整理归纳了p53及其产物在抑癌方面的主要机制,肿瘤多药耐药基因之间的相互作用关系以及在神经系统中p53基因突变的反常保护机制,以期为逆转抗肿瘤药的多药耐药提供新思路。

significant progress has been made in the study of p53 gene and its products in the past decades, the multidrug resistance of tumor has become a major obstacle in the treatment of tumor. Considering the significance of p53 gene a tumor suppressor genes, in this article, we sums up the main mechanism of the interaction between tumor multi-resistant genes and p53 with its products, accompanied with p53 gene mutation in the nervous system of abnormal protection mechanism in order to provide new thought of reversing the tumor MDR.
