目的 研究注射用益气复脉（冻干）的化学成分。方法 采用超高效液相色谱仪-质谱（UPLC-Q-TOF/MS）方法对注射用益气复脉（冻干）成分进行分析，通过各色谱峰的质谱数据与Waters UNIFI数据库匹配，并结合二级碎片的裂解规律和文献报道进行解析。结果 从注射用益气复脉（冻干）中共鉴定出145个化合物，其中有26个药效成分为首次检出，包括17个黄酮类化合物，4个麦冬皂苷类化合物以及5个木脂素类化合物。结论 UPLC-Q-TOF/MS法可以快速、有效的鉴别注射用益气复脉（冻干）的相关成分，为中药质量控制提供依据。

Objective To study the chemical constituents of Yiqi Fumai Lyophilized Injection. Methods The constituents of Yiqi Fumai Lyophilized Injection were analyzed by UPLC-Q-TOF/MS. The mass spectra of each peak were matched with the Waters UNIFI database, and the cracking rules of the second-level fragments and related literatures were used for identification. Result A total of 145 compounds were identified. Therein 26 active ingredients were first reported from Yiqi Fumai Lyophilized Injection, including 17 flavonoids, 4 ophiopogon japonicosides and 5 lignans. Conclusion UPLC-Q-TOF/MS can be used to identify the active ingredients of Yiqi Fumai Lyophilized Injection rapidly and efficiently, and the result can be provided a basis for TCM quality control.
