目的 调查2016年江苏盛泽医院住院患者接受华法林治疗情况，了解该药的实际应用情况和用药误区，寻找监护要点。方法 通过医院HIS系统及电子病历系统收集2016年1月1日-12月31日于江苏盛泽医院住院期间使用华法林的患者的病例信息，分析其人口学资料、检验指标、用药诊断、合并用药、不良反应发生情况。结果 江苏盛泽医院服用华法林患者群以房颤、老年患者最多，肝肾功能异常的患者占有一定比例，但华法林并未造成肝肾功能继续恶化。结论 该院华法林使用较为合理，用药监护的重点对象为房颤、老年、肝肾功能异常患者。

objective To Investigate inpatients of Jiangsu Shengze Hospital with the treatment of warfarin in 2016 and understand the actual application and misunderstanding of warfarin, looking for the main points of drug monitoring in warfarin use. Methods Through HIS system and EMR system, the use of warfarin in the inpatients case information from January 1 to December 31 in 2016 was collected. Moreover, demographic data, test index, diagnosis, combination medication, and adverse reactions were analyzed. Results Most patients used warfarin are patients with atrial fibrillation, advanced age, and the number of patients with abnormal liver and kidney function account for a certain percentage in Jiangsu Shengze Hospital. Conclusions The future work of drug monitoring in warfarin use mainly focus on the patients with atrial fibrillation, advanced age and abnormal liver and kidney function.
