肿瘤多药耐药（multidrug resistance，MDR）对肿瘤的药物治疗的疗效有严重的影响。多药耐药拥有十分复杂的发生发展的机制。通过讨论自噬与药物抗肿瘤时的相互影响，旨在阐明自噬与肿瘤细胞多药耐药的关系，为今后抗肿瘤药物治疗的临床应用提供新的思路。

Tumor multidrug resistance (MDR) has seriously affected the efficacy of drug therapy on tumors. The occurrence of multidrug resistance has a very complex mechanism. In this paper, we discuss the relationship between autophagy and drug anti-tumor, aiming to elucidate the relationship between autophagy and multidrug resistance in tumor cells, and provide new ideas for the clinical application of anticancer drugs.
