目的 探讨硝苯地平联合硫酸镁在妊高症（PIH）患者中的治疗效果以及对患者血清同型半胱氨酸（Hcy）和C反应蛋白（CRP）水平的影响。方法 将宿迁市中医院自2013年6月-2015年12月间收治的PIH患者66例作为研究对象，随机分为研究组和对照组各33例，对照组患者仅给予硫酸镁进行治疗，研究组患者在使用硫酸镁的基础上联合使用硝苯地平，观察两组患者的临床疗效，并分别使用循环酶法和免疫比浊法测定两组患者治疗前后血清Hcy和CRP水平变化情况。结果 治疗后，两组患者收缩压（SBP）和舒张压DBP均降低，同组治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；且治疗后研究组水平低于对照组水平，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗前两组患者的Hcy和CRP水平均显著高于正常孕妇，且随着PIH的分级增高显著增高，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；治疗后两组患者Hcy和CRP水平均明显降低，和治疗前比较差异显著（P<0.05）；其中研究组患者降低程度优于对照组，重度患者组间比较差异显著（P<0.05）。结论 硝苯地平联合硫酸镁治疗妊高症患者临床效果显著，患者Hcy和CRP水平改善情况优于单独使用硫酸镁治疗，可在临床范围内推广使用。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of nifedipine in patients with PIH and its effect on serum homocysteine (Hcy) and C-reactive protein (CRP) levels in patients. Methods 66 patients with PIH from June 2013 to December 2015 were randomly divided into study group and control group (33 cases). The study group was treated with magnesium sulfate on the basis of the combination of magnesium sulfate The patients were treated with nifedipine and the control group was treated with nifedipine only. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed. The changes of serum Hcy and CRP levels were measured by circulating enzyme method and immunoturbidimetry before and after treatment. Results SBP and DBP were decreased in both groups after treatment, and the level of the study group was lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). The levels of Hcy and CRP were significantly higher in the two groups before treatment (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of Hcy and CRP in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, and the patients in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05), and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).There is no significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion Nifedipine combined with magnesium sulfate is more effective in the treatment of patients with pregnancy induced hypertension. The improvement of Hcy and CRP levels in patients is better than that in the control group, which can be used in the clinical scope.
