目的 探讨灯盏花素注射液联合阿司匹林治疗急性缺血性脑梗死的临床效果。方法 收集延安大学咸阳医院2012年1月-2015年3月收治的急性脑梗死患者300例,随机分为观察组和对照组各150例。对照组采用急性缺血性脑梗死对症治疗,观察组在对症治疗的基础上,加用灯盏花素注射液和口服阿司匹林进行治疗。两组治疗前后采用美国国立卫生研究所脑卒中评分表(NIHSS)进行评分;采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测血清白介素-6(IL-6)和肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)水平。治疗4周后,对两组进行临床疗效判定。结果 观察组与对照组治疗前NIHSS评分比较,差异无统计学意义,而治疗后观察组NIHSS评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组IL-6和TNF-α水平均低于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组中IL-6和TNF-α水平均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组临床总有效率达92.67%,高于对照组的78.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在急性缺血性脑梗死患者中,应用灯盏花素注射液联合阿司匹林肠溶片能够改善临床症状,降低炎症因子水平,显著提高临床疗效,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Breviscapine Injection combined with aspirin in the treatment of acute ischemic cerebral infarction. Methods Totally 300 cases of acute cerebral infarction patients in Xianyang Hospital of Yanan University from January 2012 to March 2015 were randomly divided into observation and control groups with 150 cases in each group. Patients in control group were treated with acute ischemic cerebral infarction. The patients in observation group were treated with Breviscapine Injection and oral aspirin based on symptomatic treatment. The two groups before and after treatment were scored by the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) score. Serum levels of IL-6 and TNF-α were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). After treatment for 4 weeks, the clinical efficacies of two groups were determined. Results There were no statistical significance in comparison on NIHSS scores between observation group and control group before treatment. Compared with the control group, the NIHSS score of observation group was lower after treatment (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of IL-6 and TNF-α in two groups were significantly lower than that before treatment (P<0.05), and the levels of IL-6 and TNF-α in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate of observation group was 92.67%, higher than 78.00% of control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion In patients with acute ischemic cerebral infarction, application of Erigeron Breviscapine Injection in combination with aspirin enteric coated tablets can improve the clinical symptoms, reduce the level of inflammatory factors, and significantly improve the clinical efficacy, which is worthy to be popularized.
