目的 研究血必净注射液联合左氧氟沙星治疗急性前列腺炎的临床疗效,探讨"菌毒炎并治"理念在急性前列腺炎中的应用。方法 选取90例急性前列腺炎患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组(46例)和治疗组(44例)。对照组患者给予左氧氟沙星注射液300 mg静脉滴注,2次/d;治疗组在对照组的基础上加用血必净注射液50 mL+0.9%氯化钠注射液100 mL静脉滴注,2次/d,两组患者均治疗7 d。观察患者治疗前后的体温(T)以及两组患者血和尿中白细胞计数(WBC)的变化,观察治疗后转归为慢性前列腺炎的病例数,并对比两组患者第1天和第7天血清中C反应蛋白(CRP)的变化。结果 对照组和治疗组的体温(T)、血尿中WBC、CRP指标治疗后均有改善,各项指标改善情况,治疗组优于对照组(P < 0.05);治疗组治疗后转为慢性前列腺炎的患者数量明显少于对照组(P < 0.05)。结论 血必净注射液联合左氧氟沙星治疗急性前列腺炎优于单纯抗生素治疗。

Objective To study clinical curative effect of Xuebijing Injection combined with Levofloxacin in the treatment of acute prostatitis, so as to further explore the clinical application of "the principle of bacterial infection and treatment" in the treatment of acute prostatitis. Methods 90 patients with acute prostatitis were randomly divided into control group and treatment group by random number table method. The control group were treated with Levofloxacin Injection 300 mg vein drop note, 2 times daily. The treatment group iv Xuebijing Injection 50 mL+0.9% sodium chloride injection 100 mL based on the use of Levofloxacin Injection in same dose of control group, 2 times daily. The two groups of patients with the treatment cycle is 7 days. Body temperature, white blood cell count (WBC), urine white blood cell count were observed before and after treatment. The number of cases of chronic prostatitis were observed after treatment. The changes of CRP in serum of the two groups were compared with seventh day and first day. Results White blood cell count (WBC), urinary sediment white blood cell, CRP were improved in the control group and the treatment group after treatment. The improvement of the index of the treatment group was better than the control group (P < 0.05). The number of patients with chronic prostatitis after treatment in the treatment group was significantly less than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Xuebijing Injection combined with levofloxacin in the treatment of acute prostatitis is better than antibiotic therapy alone.
