[摘要]
目的 观察高寒乳白栓菌多糖(Alpine-TLBP)的免疫调节功能及体外抗氧化活性。方法 以Alpine-TLBP(50、100、200 mg/kg)口服给药,测定正常小鼠胸腺指数、脾脏指数和腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能水平;水杨酸捕捉法测定Alpine-TLBP对·OH 的清除能力;邻苯三酚自氧化法测定Alpine-TLBP 对O2-·的清除能力。结果 在50~200 mg/L Alpine-TLBP 能显著增加正常小鼠的胸腺和脾脏的质量,提高脏器指数,且明显增强小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬百分率和吞噬指数;且在50~500 μg/mL具有较强的清除·OH 和O2-·的能力,IC50 分别为142.2 μg/mL 和203.2 μg/mL,呈剂量相关性。结论 Alpine-TLBP 能增强正常小鼠的免疫功能,且具有较强的清除·OH 和O2-·的能力。

Objective To study the effects of Alpine Trametes lactinea Berk. polysaccharide (Alpine-TLBP) on immunoloregulation and anti-oxidation in vitro. Methods The immune functions were investigated by measuring thymus and spleen indices, celiac macrophage phagocytic index, and phagocytic rate from normal mice which were ig administered with Alpine-TLBP (50, 100, and 200 mg/kg) everyday, respectively; The clearing effect of Alpine-TLBP on hydroxyl radical was measured by salicylic acid capture method; The clearing effect of Alpine-TLBP on superoxide anion free radical was measured by pyrogallol auto oxidation method. Results Alpine-TLBP among 50—200 mg/L could significantly enhance thymus and spleen weight, viscera index, and celiac macrophage phagocytosis; Alpine-TLBP had a significant effect on clearing hydroxyl radical and superoxide anion radical, Alpine-TLBP among 50—500 μg/mL has dose-response relationship on the effect of clearing hydroxyl radical and superoxide anion radical, and the IC50 were 142.2 μg/mL and 203.2 μg/mL, respectively. Conclusion Alpine-TLBP can enhance normal mouse immunological function, and has strong ability of clearing hydroxyl radical and superoxide anion radical.
