目的 建立复方利胆解毒颗粒中绿原酸和连翘酯苷A的定量测定方法。方法 采用HPLC法,Diamonsil-C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),以甲醇-0.05%磷酸水(33:67)为流动相,在330 nm检测波长下同时对复方利胆解毒颗粒中有效成分绿原酸和连翘酯苷A进行定量测定。结果 绿原酸在0.044 72~0.894 4 μg线性关系良好,r=1.000 0,平均回收率为98.92%,RSD为1.56%;连翘酯苷A在0.052 16~1.043 2 μg线性关系良好,r=0.999 9;平均回收率为98.36%,RSD为1.44%。结论 本方法专属性强、简便、准确,可有效控制该制剂的质量。

Objective To establish a method for detecting the quantity of chlorogenic acid and forsythoside A in Compound Lidanjiedu Granule. Methods The HPLC method was carried out using a Diamonsil-C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) eluted with the mobile phases of methanol-0.05% phosphoric acid (33:67). The method could detect the quantity of chlorogenic acid and forsythoside A in Compound Lidanjiedu Granule simultaneously with the detective wavelength of 330 nm. Results The linear range of chlorogenic acid was 0.044 72 — 0.894 4 μg (r = 1.0000), the recovery was 98.92%. and the RSD value was 1.56%; The linear range of forsythoside A was 0.052 16 — 1.0432 μg (r = 1.0000), the recovery was 98.36%, and the RSD value was 1.44%. Conclusion The method is specific, simple, and accurate, which could control the quality of Compound Lidanjiedu Granule.
