在慢性疾病过程中,免疫炎症反应的存在已是不可争辩的事实,其在动脉粥样硬化的整个发病过程中所发挥的重要作用也得到了广泛的认同。通过对国内外有关动脉粥样硬化炎症机制方面的文献整理,对慢性免疫炎症在动脉粥样硬化中的显著作用有了更深入了解。重点综述了巨噬细胞、树突状细胞等免疫细胞以及肿瘤坏死因子-α,单核细胞趋化因子-1和基质金属蛋白酶等炎症因子致动脉粥样硬化的发病机制,协同不同性质的中药对动脉粥样硬化的干预作用,以期为治疗动脉粥样硬化提供参考。

Immune inflammatory reaction is widespread in the chronic diseases and affects deeply on atherosclerosis. Through researching the domestic and international paper on atherosclerosis inflammatory mechanisms, more in-depth understanding is achieved in the chronic immune inflammation in atherosclerosis. This paper reviews the macrophages, dendritic cells, tumor necrosis factor-α, monocyte chemotactic factors-1, and matrix metalloproteinase to study the pathogenesis of atherosclerosis. At the same time, researching the intervention effect of different kinds of Chinese materia medica on atherosclerosis, in order to further study the therapeutic mechanism of atherosclerosis inflammation.
