目的 研究伸筋草石油醚、氯仿及正丁醇提取物在DPPH法体外模型中的抗氧化作用及作用时间与清除率的关系。方法 建立DPPH体系,采用HPLC法测定反应体系中DPPH变化,观察伸筋草各提取物不同时间对DPPH自由基的清除率。结果 伸筋草各提取物对DPPH的清除均有抑制作用,且呈明显剂量–效应关系,其清除率随作用时间增长而增加。石油醚、氯仿及正丁醇提取物对DPPH的IC50分别为0.56、0.31、0.13 g/mL;结论 伸筋草正丁醇提取物具有较强的清除自由基活性。

[Abstract]
Objective To investigate the anti-oxidative activities of petroleum ether, ethyl acetatelayer, and butanol extracts from Lycopodii Herba (ELH) using DPPH? model in vitro, and to study the relationship between action time and clearance rate. Methods The DPPH·system was estabilshed, the change of DPPH in the system was determined by HPLC method, and the clearance rates of DPPH? by different ELH at different time points were observed. Results Anti-oxidative activity of butanol extract was the strongest, IC50 values of petroleum ether, ethyl acetatelayer, and butanol extracts were 0.56, 0.31, and 0.13 g/mL, respectively. Conclusion The butanol extract has a strong ability of free radical scavenging.
