[摘要]
目的 优选雷公藤涂膜剂基质的组成和配比。方法 采用正交试验法,以外观质量、成膜时间为指标,确定基质中不同辅料的最佳配比。结果 以聚乙烯醇-124、CMC-Na、甘油比例为4∶1∶2制得的涂膜剂最稳定。结论 优选得到的配方设计合理,制备工艺简单,质量可控,可以为工业生产提供理论基础。

[Abstract]
Objective To optimize the metrical composition and its ratio in Tripterygium Plastics. Methods The best ratio of different materials in the matrix was determined by orthogonal test, using appearance quality and film-forming time as index. Results The best ratio of PVA-124, CMC-Na, and glycerol for making the most stable plaster was 4:1:2. Conclusion The optimized formulation is well designed with simple preparation process and controllable quality, which could provide a theoretical basis for industrial production.
