目的 建立毛细管气相色谱法测定莫西沙星中的有机溶剂残留量。方法 用INNOWAX毛细管气相色谱柱，FID检测器，以乙腈为内标进行测定。结果 乙醚、甲醇、N，N-二甲基甲酰胺（DMF）的线性范围分别为50～800 μg/mL（r＝0. 999 8）、30～480 μg/mL（r＝0. 999 9）、8.8～140.8 μg/mL（r＝0. 999 6）；乙醚、甲醇、DMF的平均回收率分别为99.71%、100.3%、99.54%；RSD分别为1.87%、1.32%、1.67%（n＝9）。结论 该方法简单、灵敏、准确、重现性好，适用于莫西沙星中的有机溶剂残留量的测定。

_Objective To develop a gas chromatography method for the determination of residual organic solvents in Moxifloxacin. _Methods The samples were injected into INNOWAX capillary column and analyzed with FID detector using acetonitrile as the internal standard. _Results The linear ranges of ethyl ether, methanol, and DMF were 50—800 μg/mL (r = 0. 999 8), 30—480 μg/mL (r = 0. 999 9), and 8.8—140. 8 μg/mL (r = 0. 999 6), respectively. The recoveries were 99.71%, 100.30%, and 99.54%; RSD were 1.87%, 1.32%, and 1.67%, respectively (n = 9). _Conclusion The method is simple, accurate, and sensitive with good reproducibility. It can be used for the determination of the residual organic solvents in Moxifloxacin.
