目的：用反相高效液相色谱法，建立测定川芎药材中阿魏酸和藁本内酯的方法。方法：采用Accurasil C₁₈（250 mm×4.6 mm，5 μm）色谱柱，以甲醇-0.05%磷酸水溶液为流动相，进行线性梯度洗脱。结果：川芎中2种成分得到良好的分离，阿魏酸在34.96～524.4 ng范围内线性关系良好，藁本内酯在276.7～2213.6 ng范围内线性关系良好，平均回收率分别为99.81%和99.20%，RSD为1.32%和1.65%。结论：本方法简便，准确，重复性好，可同时测定川芎药材中2种主要的化学成分。

Objective: To establish an HPLC method for determination of ferulic acid and ligustilide in Ligusticum chuanxiong. Methods: The HPLC method was used with Accurasil-C₁₈ column (250 mm × 4.6 mm ,5 μm), and methanol -0.05% phosphoric acid as mobile phase in a gradient elution. Results: The ferulic acid and ligustilide was separated perfectively. The standard curve was linear within the concentration range of 0.034 96-0.524 4 μg for ferulic acid and 0.276 7-2.213 6 μg for ligustilide, respectively. The recovery was 99.81% for ferulic acid and 99.20% for ligustilide, respectively. The RSD was 1.32% for ferulic acid and 1.65% for ligustilide, respectively. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and can be used repeatedly for the determination of ferulic acid and ligustilide in L. chuanxiong.
