目的 观察轻中度良性前列腺增生症使用灵泽片和非那雄胺片治疗的临床疗效。方法 选取石河子市人民医院2021年7月—2024年1月收治的轻中度良性前列腺增生症患者132例，根据双色球法将患者分为对照组（66例）和治疗组（66例）。对照组口服非那雄胺片，每次5 mg（1片），1次/d。治疗组在对照组基础上口服灵泽片，4片/次，3次/d。两组均治疗6周。对比两组临床疗效、临床症状、生活质量、尿动力学指标、血清炎症因子和免疫功能。结果 对照组总有效率为77.63%，治疗组总有效率为94.04%，组间比较差异显著（P＜0.05）。两组治疗后国际前列腺症状评分（IPSS）、生活质量指数（QOL）评分下降（P＜0.05），治疗组治疗后IPSS、QOL评分低于对照组（P＜0.05）。两组治疗后残余尿量（PVR）、前列腺体积（PV）下降，最大尿流速（Q_max）升高（P＜0.05）；治疗组治疗后PVR、PV低于对照组，Q_max高于对照组（P＜0.05）。两组治疗后血清巨噬细胞趋化蛋白-1（MCP-1）、白细胞介素-6（IL-6）、巨噬细胞炎性蛋白2（MIP-2）、肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）水平下降（P＜0.05），治疗组治疗后血清MCP-1、IL-6、MIP-2、TNF-α水平低于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗后，两组CD8⁺下降，CD3⁺、CD4⁺、CD4⁺/CD8⁺升高（P＜0.05）；治疗组治疗后CD8⁺低于对照组，CD3⁺、CD4⁺、CD4⁺/CD8⁺高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 灵泽片联合非那雄胺片治疗轻中度良性前列腺增生症，可提高临床疗效，改善临床症状，提高生活质量，改善尿流动力学和血清炎症因子水平，提高免疫功能。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of combine treatment with Lingze Tablets and Finasteride Tablets in treatment of mild to moderate benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods 132 Patients with mild to moderate benign prostatic hyperplasia admitted to Shihezi People's Hospital from July 2021 to January 2024 were selected and divided into control group (66 cases) and treatment group (66 cases) according to the double chromosphere method. The control group took Finasteride Tablets orally, 5 mg (1 tablets) each time, once daily. The treatment group took Lingze Tablets orally on the basis of the control group, 4 tablets each time, 3 times daily. Both groups were treated for 6 weeks. The clinical efficacy, clinical symptoms, quality of life, urodynamic indicators, serum inflammatory factors, and immune function were compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate of the control group was 77.63%, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.04%, and the difference between the groups was significant (P < 0.05). After treatment, the IPSS and QOL scores in both groups were decreased (P < 0.05), and the IPSS and QOL scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the PVR and PVwere decreased in both groups, while the Q_max was increased (P < 0.05). The PVR and PV of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group after treatment, but the Q_max was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of MCP-1, IL-6, MIP-2, and TNF-α were decreased in both groups (P < 0.05). The serum levels of MCP-1, IL-6, MIP-2, and TNF-α in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, CD8⁺ were decreased in both groups, while CD3⁺, CD4⁺, and CD4⁺/CD8⁺ were increased (P < 0.05). After treatment, CD8⁺ in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group, while CD3⁺, CD4⁺, and CD4⁺/CD8⁺ were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The combination of Lingze Tablets and Finasteride Tablets in treatment of mild to moderate benign prostatic hyperplasia can improve clinical efficacy, alleviate clinical symptoms, enhance quality of life, improve urodynamics and serum inflammatory cytokine levels, and enhance immune function.
