目的 探讨宫血宁胶囊联合乳酸左氧氟沙星氯化钠注射液治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法 选取2016年5月—2018年2月海南省第三人民医院收治的136例慢性盆腔炎患者为研究对象,根据就诊顺序将患者分为对照组和治疗组,每组各68例。对照组患者静脉滴注乳酸左氧氟沙星氯化钠注射液,2 g/次,2次/d。治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上口服宫血宁胶囊,2粒/次,3次/d。两组患者均连续治疗2周。观察两组的临床疗效,比较两组的血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)和白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平。结果 治疗后,对照组和治疗组的总有效率分别为85.29%、94.12%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组血清CRP、TNF-α和IL-6水平均显著下降,同组治疗前后比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗组血清炎性因子水平均明显降低,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 宫血宁胶囊联合乳酸左氧氟沙星氯化钠注射液治疗慢性盆腔炎具有较好的临床疗效,可明显降低患者血清炎性因子水平,具有一定的临床推广应用价值。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of Gongxuening Capsules combined with Levofloxacin Lactate and Sodium Chloride Injection in treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation. Methods Women (136 cases) with chronic pelvic inflammation in the Third People's Hospital of Hainan Province from May 2016 to February 2018 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 68 cases. Women in the control group were iv administered with Levofloxacin Lactate and Sodium Chloride Injection, 2 g/time, twice daily. Women in the treatment group were po administered with Gongxuening Capsules on the basis of the control group, 2 grains/time, three times daily. Women in two groups were treated for 2 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and the serum levels of CRP, TNF-α, and IL-6 in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 85.29% and 94.12%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of CRP, TNF-α, and IL-6 in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the serum inflammatory factor levels in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Gongxuening Capsules combined with Levofloxacin Lactate and Sodium Chloride Injection has clinical curative effect in treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation, can significantly reduce the levels of serum inflammatory factors, which has a certain clinical application value.
