目的 研究芪参益气滴丸联合呋塞米片治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法 选取2017年10月—2018年10月芜湖市中医医院收治的76例慢性心力衰竭患者为研究对象，所有患者采用随机对照组法分为对照组和治疗组，每组各38例。对照组患者口服呋塞米片，1片/次，1次/d，治疗组患者在对照组治疗的基础上口服芪参益气滴丸，1袋/次，3次/d。两组患者均治疗4周。观察两组的临床疗效，比较两组的心功能指标和血清因子水平。结果 治疗后，对照组和治疗组的总有效率分别为81.58%、94.74%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组患者左心室收缩期末内径（LVESD）、左心室舒张末期内径（LVEDD）明显降低，左心射血分数（LVEF）显著升高，同组治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；并且治疗组心功能指标显著优于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组患者B型利钠肽（BNP）、肌钙蛋白I（cTnI）、超敏-C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）水平均显著降低，同组治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；并且治疗组血清因子水平明显低于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 芪参益气滴丸联合呋塞米片治疗慢性心力衰竭具有较好的临床疗效，能够改善患者心功能，降低血清因子水平，具有一定的临床推广应用价值。

Objective To study the efficacy of Qishen Yiqi Dropping Pills combined with Furosemide Tablets in treatment of chronic heart failure. Methods Patients (76 cases) with chronic heart failure in Wuhu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2017 to October 2018 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 38 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Furosemide Tablets, 1 tablet/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Qishen Yiqi Dropping Pills on the basis of the control group, 1 bag/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 4 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and cardiac function indexes and serum factor levels in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 81.58% and 94.74%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, LVESD and LVEDD in two groups were significantly decreased, but LVEF in the groups was significantly increased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the cardiac function indexes in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of BNP, cTnI, and hs-CRP in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the serum factor levels in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Qishen Yiqi Dropping Pills combined with Furosemide Tablets has clinical curative effect in treatment of chronic heart failure, can improve cardiac function, and reduce serum factor level, which has a certain clinical application value.
