目的 探讨小儿葫芦散联合盐酸丙卡特罗片治疗儿童喘息性支气管炎的临床疗效。方法 选取2015年7月—2016年7月在成都市青白江区人民医院治疗的喘息性支气管炎患儿122例，根据用药的差别分为对照组（61例）和治疗组（61例）。对照组睡前口服盐酸丙卡特罗片，25 μg/次，1次/d；治疗组在对照组基础上口服小儿葫芦散，0.6 g/次，2次/d。两组患儿均治疗2周。观察两组患者临床疗效，同时比较治疗前后两组患者临床症状消失时间和肺功能。结果 治疗后，对照组和治疗组临床有效率分别为81.97%、98.36%，两组患者比较差异均具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，治疗组患儿肺部啰音、喘憋、咳嗽等临床症状消失时间明显早于对照组，两组患者比较差异均具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组患儿第1秒用力呼气容积（FEV1）、用力肺活量（FVC）、峰值呼气流速（PEF）均明显升高（P<0.05），且治疗组患儿肺功能明显好于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 小儿葫芦散联合盐酸丙卡特罗片治疗儿童喘息性支气管炎不仅可改善临床症状，还可促进肺功能改善，具有一定的临床推广应用价值。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Xiaoer Hulu Powder combined with procaterol in treatment of children with asthmatic bronchitis. Methods Children (122 cases) with asthmatic bronchitis in Qingbaijiang District People's Hospital of Chengdu from July 2015 to July 2016 were divided into control (61 cases) and treatment (61 cases) groups based on different treatments. Children in the control group were po administered with Procaterol Hydrochloride Tablets before sleep, 25 μg/time, once daily. Children in the treatment group were po administered with Xiaoer Hulu Powder on the basis of the control group, 0.6 g/time, twice daily. Children in two groups were treated for 2 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the disappearing time of clinical symptoms and the pulmonary function in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy and in the control and treatment groups was 81.97% and 98.36%, respectively, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the disappearing time of lung rales, wheezing, coughing in the treatment group was significantly earlier than that in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the FEV1, FVC, and PEF levels in two groups were significantly increased (P<0.05), and the pulmonary function in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Xiaoer Hulu Powder combined with procaterol in treatment of children with asthmatic bronchitis can effectively improve children's clinical symptoms and promote the lung function, which has a certain clinical application value.
