目的 探讨欧龙马滴剂联合盐酸羟甲唑啉喷雾剂治疗慢性鼻窦炎急性发作的临床疗效。方法 选取2018年2月—2018年10月在西宁市第二人民医院治疗的慢性鼻窦炎急性发作患者86例，根据用药的不同分为对照组（43例）和治疗组（43例）。对照组给予盐酸羟甲唑啉喷雾剂，单侧1～3喷/次，2次/d；治疗组在对照组基础上口服欧龙马滴剂，第1～5天每次100滴，第6～10天每次50滴，3次/d。两组均治疗10 d。观察两组患者临床疗效，同时比较治疗前后两组患者SF-36、VAS和Lund-Kennedy评分及血清学指标。结果 治疗后，对照组和治疗组临床有效率分别为81.40%和97.67%，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组患者SF-36评分显著升高（P<0.05），鼻部症状VAS和Lund-Kennedy评分显著降低（P<0.05），且治疗组SF-36、VAS和Lund-Kennedy评分明显好于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组患者血清白细胞介素-1β（IL-1β）、IL-5、IL-6、嗜酸粒细胞阳离子蛋白（ECP）和低氧诱导因子-1α（HIF-1α）水平均显著降低（P<0.05），且治疗组这些血清学指标水平明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 欧龙马滴剂联合盐酸羟甲唑啉喷雾剂治疗慢性鼻窦炎急性发作不仅能改善症状，还可降低机体IL-1β、IL-5、IL-6、ECP、HIF-1α水平，提高患者生活质量。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Sinupret Drops combined with oxymetazoline in treatment of acute attack of chronic sinusitis. Methods Patients (86 cases) with chronic sinusitis in the Second People's Hospital of Xining from February 2018 to October 2018 were divided into control (43 cases) and treatment (43 cases) groups based on different treatments. Patients in the control group were administered with Oxymetazoline Hydrochloride Spray, 1-3 spray/time for each side, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Sinupret Drops on the basis of the control group, 100 drops/time for 1-5 d, 50 drops/time for 6-10 d, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 10 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the SF-36, VAS and Lund-Kennedy scores, and serological indicators in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy and in the control and treatment groups was 81.40% and 97.67% respectively, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the SF-36 scores in two groups were significantly increased (P<0.05), but VAS and Lund-Kennedy scores of nasal symptoms were significantly decreased (P<0.05), and the SF-36, VAS and Lund-Kennedy scores in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the serum IL-1β, IL-5, IL-6, ECP and HIF-1α levels in two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05), and these serological indicators levels in the treatment group were significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Sinupret Drops combined with oxymetazoline in treatment of acute attack of chronic sinusitis can improve symptoms and reduce the levels of IL-1β, IL-5, IL-6, ECP and HIF-1α, and improve the quality of life, which has a certain clinical application value.
