乙型肝炎是由乙型肝炎病毒感染引起的，以肝脏炎症和坏死病变为主的一种全身性感染病。因其高致死率在世界范围内引起广泛被关注，在我国更是一个严重的医疗卫生问题。目前为止有多种治疗乙肝的药物已应用于临床但未达到理想疗效，同时有许多药物正处于研发阶段，并且乙型肝炎的治疗理念也在不断地更新。针对基于新机制的抗乙肝病毒药物的研究近况进行综述，以期为临床用药提供参考。

Hepatitis B is a systemic infection caused by hepatitis B virus, which is mainly characterized by liver inflammation and necrosis. Because of its high mortality rate, it has caused widespread concern worldwide, and it is a serious health problem in China. So far, a lot of drugs for treating hepatitis B have been used in clinical practice, but have not achieved the desired therapeutic effect. At the same time, many drugs are in the research and development stage, and the treatment concept of hepatitis B is constantly being updated. Recent research on anti-hepatitis B virus drugs based on the new mechanism is reviewed in this article, in order to provide reference for clinical drug use.
