目的 探讨鹿茸健骨胶囊联合骨化三醇胶丸治疗骨质疏松有效性和安全性。方法 选取2016年9月—2017年8月在驻马店市中心医院治疗的骨质疏松症患者141例，随机分成对照组（70例）和治疗组（71例）。对照组患者口服骨化三醇胶丸，0.25 μg/次，3次/d。治疗组在对照组基础上口服复方鹿茸健骨胶囊，5粒/次，3次/d。两组患者均连续治疗6个月。观察两组患者临床疗效，同时比较治疗前后两组患者骨代谢指标水平、骨密度水平及症状积分、骨疼痛程度及生活质量评分。结果 治疗后，对照组和治疗组临床有效率分别为84.29%和95.77%，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组患者血清人骨碱性磷酸酶（BALP）和I型胶原羧基末端肽（CTX）水平均显著降低（P<0.05），且治疗组患者BALP和CTX水平明显低于对照组患者（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组患者腰椎L₁～L₄、股骨颈、大转子部位骨密度水平均显著升高（P<0.05），且治疗组患者上述部位骨密度水平明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组患者骨疼痛VAS评分和症状积分均显著降低（P<0.05），生活质量评分均显著升高（P<0.05），且治疗组患者症状积分、骨疼痛程度和生活质量评分明显好于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 复方鹿茸健骨胶囊联合骨化三醇胶丸治疗骨质疏松疗效显著，不但能够增高患者骨密度及改善骨代谢指标，而且还能改善患者临床症状并提升患者生活质量，具有一定的临床推广应用价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Compound Lurong Jiangu Capsules combined with calcitriol in treatment of senile osteoporosis. Methods Patients (141 cases) with osteoporosis in Zhumadian Central Hospital from September 2016 to August 2017 were randomly divided into control (70 cases) and treatment (71 cases) groups. Patients in the control group were po administered with Calcitriol Soft Capsules, 0.25 μg/time, three times daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Compound Lurong Jiangu Capsules on the basis of the control group, 5 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 6 months. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the bone metabolic indexes levels, the bone mineral density level, the symptom scores, degree of bone pain scores and quality of life scores in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy and in the control and treatment groups was 84.29% and 95.77% respectively, and there were differences between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, the serum BALP and CTX levels in two groups were significantly decreased (P < 0.05), and which in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the bone mineral density of L₁-L₄ of lumbar vertebra, collum femoris and femur rotor in two groups was significantly increased (P < 0.05), and the bone mineral density level in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the VAS and symptom scores in two groups were significantly decreased (P < 0.05), but the quality of life scores were significantly increased (P < 0.05), and these scores in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Compound Lurong Jiangu Capsules combined with calcitriol has significant curative effect on senile osteoporosis, which can not only increase bone density and improve bone metabolism, but also improve clinical symptoms and improve patients' quality of life, which has a certain clinical application value.
