目的 探讨祖师麻片联合尼美舒利治疗骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法 选取2015年9月—2018年9月在天津市第三中心医院诊断并治疗的骨关节炎患者80例，随机分成对照组和治疗组，每组各40例。对照组口服尼美舒利片，1片/次，2次/d。治疗组患者在对照组治疗基础上口服祖师麻片，3片/次，3次/d。两组患者均连续治疗4周。观察两组的临床疗效，比较两组治疗前后症状积分、WOMAC评分、血清白介素-1β（IL-1β）、基质金属蛋白酶3（MMP-3）及Ⅱ型胶原交联羧基端肽（CTX-Ⅱ）水平的变化情况。结果 治疗后，对照组和治疗组的总有效率分别是77.50%、95.00%，两组比较差异均具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组症状积分、WOMAC评分均较治疗前显著降低，同组治疗前后比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；治疗后，治疗组症状积分、WOMAC评分显著低于对照组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组患者血清IL-1β、MMP-3、CTX-Ⅱ水平均显著降低，同组治疗前后比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；治疗后，治疗组IL-1β、MMP-3、CTX-Ⅱ显著低于对照组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 祖师麻片联合尼美舒利治疗骨关节炎疗效显著，能显著改善患者的临床症状，降低患者机体炎症反应，具有一定的临床推广应用价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Zushima Tablets combined with nimesulide in treatment of osteoarthritis. Methods Patients (80 cases) with osteoarthritis in Tianjin Third Central Hospital from September 2015 to September 2018 were randomly divided into control (40 cases) and treatment (40 cases) groups. Patients in the control group were po administered with Nimesulide Tablets, 1 tablet/time, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Zushima Tablets on the basis of the control group, 3 tablets/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 4 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the changes of symptom scores, WOMAC scores, IL-1β, MMP-3 and CTX-Ⅱ in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy in the control and treatment groups were 77.50% and 95.00%, respectively, and there were differences between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, symptom scores and WOMAC scores in two groups were significantly decreased, and there were differences in the same group (P < 0.05). After treatment, symptom scores and WOMAC scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, and there were differences between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, IL-1β, MMP-3, and CTX-Ⅱ in two groups were significantly decreased, and there were differences in the same group (P < 0.05). After treatment, IL-1β, MMP-3, and CTX-Ⅱ in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, and there were differences between two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion Zushima Tablets combined with nimesulide has significant effect in treatment of osteoarthritis, and can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients, and also can reduce the body inflammation, which has a certain clinical application value.
