目的 探讨口炎清颗粒联合溶菌酶肠溶片治疗复发性口腔溃疡的临床疗效。方法 选取2017年5月—2018年5月在天津市宝坻区人民医院治疗的复发性口腔溃疡患者150例，根据就诊号分为对照组（75例）和治疗组（75例）。对照组口服溶菌酶肠溶片，100 mg/次，3次/d；治疗组在对照组的基础上口服口炎清颗粒，20 g/次，2次/d。两组患者均治疗14 d。观察两组患者临床疗效，同时比较治疗前后两组患者临床症状评分、炎症因子水平和T淋巴细胞亚群水平。结果 治疗后，对照组临床有效率为81.33%，显著低于治疗组的94.67%，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组患者症状积分均显著降低（P<0.05），且治疗组患者上述临床症状评分明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组患者血清白细胞介素-6（IL-6）、IL-8、IL-17、肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）水平均下明显降低（P<0.05），且治疗组患者上述炎症因子水平明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组患者血清CD3⁺、CD4⁺、CD4⁺/CD8⁺水平均显著升高（P<0.05），而CD8+水平显著降低（P<0.05），且治疗组患者上述T淋巴细胞亚群水平明显好于对照组（P<0.05。结论 口炎清颗粒联合溶菌酶肠溶片治疗复发性口腔溃疡能够明显改善临床症状，降低机体炎症反应，具有一定的临床推广应用价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Kouyanqing Grains combined with Lysozyme Enteric-coated Tablets in treatment of recurrent oral ulcer. Methods Patients (150 cases) with recurrent oral ulcer in Tianjin Baodi District People's Hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were divided into control (75 cases) and treatment (75 cases) groups based on administration numbers. Patients in the control group were po administered with Lysozyme Enteric-coated Tablets, 100 mg/time, three times daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Kouyanqing Grains on the basis of the control group, 20 g/time, twice daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 14 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the clinical symptom scores, the inflammatory markers levels and the levels of T lymphocyte subsets in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy in the control group was 81.33%, which was significantly lower than 94.67% in the treatment group, and there were differences between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, the clinical symptom scores in two groups were significantly decreased (P < 0.05), and which in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the serum IL-6, IL-8, IL-17, and TNF-α levels in two groups were significantly decreased (P < 0.05), and the inflammatory markers levels in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the serum CD3⁺, CD4⁺, CD4⁺/CD8⁺ levels in two groups were significantly increased (P < 0.05), but CD8⁺ levels were significantly decreased (P < 0.05), and the levels of T lymphocyte subsets in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Kouyanqing Grains combined with Lysozyme Enteric-coated Tablets in treatment of recurrent oral ulcer can obviously improve the clinical symptoms and reduce the inflammatory reaction, which has a certain clinical application value.
