目的 探讨乐孕宁口服液联合低分子肝素钠注射液治疗复发性流产的临床疗效。方法 选取2016年8月-2017年8月新乡市中心医院收治的女性复发性流产患者100例为研究对象，按照数表法将所有患者随机分为对照组和治疗组，每组各50例。对照组皮下注射低分子肝素钠注射液，2 000 AxaIU/次，1次/d。治疗组患者在对照组基础上口服乐孕宁口服液，10 mL/次，3次/d。两组患者连续治疗3个月。观察两组的临床疗效，比较两组的雌激素水平和生化指标。结果 治疗后，对照组和治疗组的总有效率分别为78.00%、92.00%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组患者血清人绒毛膜促性腺激素（HCG）、雌二醇（E₂）和孕酮（P）水平均显著升高，同组治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；且治疗组雌激素水平明显高于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组患者血小板数（PLT）、血浆纤溶酶原激活物抑制剂-1（PAI-1）和活化部分凝血活酶时间（APTT）水平明显降低，组织型纤溶酶原活化因子（t-PA）水平明显升高，同组治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；且治疗组患者PLT、PAI-1和APTT水平显著低于对照组，治疗组t-PA水平显著高于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 乐孕宁口服液联合低分子肝素钠注射液治疗复发性流产具有较好的疗效，能够升高雌激素水平，改善PLT、t-PA、PAI-1和APTT水平，具有一定的临床推广应用价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Leyunning Oral Liquid combined with Low Molecular Weight Heparin Sodium Injection in treatment of recurrent abortion.Methods Patients (100 cases) with recurrent abortion in Xinxiang Central Hospital from August 2016 to August 2017 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 50 cases. Patients in the control group were sc administered with Low Molecular Weight Heparin Sodium Injection, 2 000 AxaIU/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Leyunning Oral Liquid on the basis of the control group, 10 mL/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 3 months. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and estrogen levels and biochemical indexes in two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 78.00% and 92.00%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of HCG, E₂, and P in two groups were significantly increased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the estrogen levels in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of PLT, PAI-1, and APTT in two groups were significantly decreased, but the levels of t-PA in two groups were significantly increased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the biochemical indexes in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion Leyunning Oral Liquid combined with Low Molecular Weight Heparin Sodium Injection has clinical curative effect in treatment of recurrent abortion, can increase estrogen levels, and improve the levels of PLT, t-PA, PAI-1, and APTT, which has a certain clinical application value.
