目的 观察盐酸小檗碱片联合茴三硫片治疗老年慢性胆囊炎的临床疗效。方法 选取2017年3月-2018年6月华东医院收治的62例老年慢性胆囊炎患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和治疗组，每组各31例。对照组患者口服茴三硫片，1片/次，3次/d；治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上口服盐酸小檗碱片，2片/次，3次/d。两组患者疗程均为4周。观察两组患者的临床疗效，同时比较两组治疗前后的肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）和瘦素（LEP）水平。结果 治疗后，治疗组的总有效率为93.55%，显著高于对照组的74.19%，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组TNF-α和LEP水平均低于治疗前，同组治疗前后比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；且治疗后治疗组TNF-α和LEP水平均显著低于对照组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 盐酸小檗碱片联合茴三硫片治疗老年患者慢性胆囊炎可改善临床症状，降低TNF-α和LEP水平，具有一定的临床推广应用价值。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Berberine Hydrochloride Tablets combined with Anethol Trithione Tablets in treatment of chronic cholecystitis in elderly.Methods Patients (62 cases) with chronic cholecystitis in elderly in Huadong Hospital from March 2017 to June 2018 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 31 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Anethol Trithione Tablets, 1 tablet/time, three times daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Berberine Hydrochloride Tablets on the basis of the control group, 2 tablets /time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 4 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacy were evaluated, the levels of TNF-α and LEP in two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy in the treatment group was 93.55%, which was significantly higher than 74.19% in the control group, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of TNF-α and LEP in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the levels of TNF-α and LEP in the treatment group after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion Berberine Hydrochloride Tablets combined with Anethol Trithione Tablets in treatment of chronic cholecystitis in elderly can improve the clinical symptoms, reduce the level of TNF-α and LEP, which has a certain clinical application value.
