目的 观察苍耳子鼻炎滴丸联合地塞米松治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法 选取2015年1月—2017年1月攀钢集团总医院收治的过敏性鼻炎患者82例，随机分为对照组和治疗组，每组各41例。对照组给予地塞米松磷酸钠注射液，5 mg加入蒸馏水20 mL，利用超声雾化器蒸汽吸入20 min，1次/d；治疗组在对照组治疗基础上口服苍耳子鼻炎滴丸，28丸/次，3次/d。两组均连续治疗4周。观察两组的临床疗效，比较两组治疗前后症状积分、嗜酸性粒细胞百分比、白细胞介素-4（IL-4）的变化情况。结果 治疗后对照组和治疗组的总有效率分别是78.05%、92.68%，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组患者喷嚏积分、流涕积分、鼻堵积分、鼻痒积分和总积分均较治疗前显著降低，同组治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；治疗后治疗组这些症状积分显著低于对照组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后两组嗜酸性粒细胞百分比、IL-4水平均较治疗前显著降低，同组治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；治疗后治疗组嗜酸性粒细胞百分比、IL-4水平显著低于对照组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 苍耳子鼻炎滴丸联合地塞米松治疗过敏性鼻炎具有较好的临床疗效，可显著改善患者临床症状，降低患者嗜酸性粒细胞百分比、IL-4水平，具有一定的临床推广应用价值。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Cangerzi Biyan Dropping Pills combined with dexamethasone in treatment of allergic rhinitis. Methods 120 Patients with allergic rhinitis in General Hospital of Panzhihua Iron and Steel Group from January 2015 to January 2017 were randomly divided into control (41 cases) and treatment (41 cases) groups. Patients in the control group were given Dexamethasone Sodium Phosphate Injection, 5 mg was added with 20 mL distilled water, and the steam was inhaled by ultrasonic atomizer for 20 min, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Cangerzi Biyan Dropping Pills, 28 pills/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 4 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the changes of symptom score, eosinophils percentage, and IL-4 in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy in the control and treatment group were 78.05% and 92.68%, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, sneeze score, runny nose score, nasal obstruction score, nose itch score and total score in two groups were significantly decreased, and there were differences in the same group (P<0.05). After treatment, these symptom scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, eosinophils percentage and IL-4 in two groups were significantly decreased, and there were differences in the same group (P<0.05). After treatment, eosinophils percentage and IL-4 in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Cangerzi Biyan Dropping Pills combined with dexamethasone has significant effect in treatment of allergic rhinitis, and can significantly improve the clinical symptoms, and also can reduce the eosinophils percentage and IL-4 levels, which has a certain clinical application value.
