目的 研究百令胶囊联合来氟米特片治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的临床疗效。方法 选取2013年12月—2017年12月河南科技大学第一附属医院接收的100例慢性肾小球肾炎患者作为研究对象，将患者随机分为对照组和治疗组，每组各50例。对照组患者口服来氟米特片，2片/次，1次/d。治疗组患者在对照组基础上口服百令胶囊，4粒/次，3次/d。两组患者均持续治疗12周。观察两组患者的临床疗效，同时比较两组治疗前后的肾功能指标和尿液检查指标水平。结果 治疗后，对照组和治疗组的总有效率分别为84.00%、96.00%，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组患者尿素氮（BUN）和血肌酐（Scr）水平均显著降低，同组治疗前后比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；治疗后，治疗组肾功能指标水平显著低于对照组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组患者24 h尿蛋白定量（24 h Upro）、尿β₂-微球蛋白（β₂-MG）和尿红细胞计数（RBC）水平均显著降低，同组治疗前后比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；治疗后，治疗组尿液检查指标水平显著低于对照组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 百令胶囊联合来氟米特片治疗慢性肾小球肾炎具有较好的临床疗效，能显著改善患者肾功能和尿液检查指标，安全性较高，具有一定的临床推广应用价值。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Corbrin Capsules combined with Leflunomide Tablets in treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis. Methods Patients (100 cases) with chronic glomerulonephritis in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology from December 2013 to December 2017 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 50 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Leflunomide Tablets, 2 tablets/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Corbrin Capsules on the basis of the control group, 4 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 12 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the renal function indexes and urine examination index levels in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 84.00% and 96.00%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, BUN and Scr levels in two groups were significantly decreased, and there were differences in the same group (P<0.05). After treatment, the renal function indexes in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, 24 h Upro, urine β₂-MG, and urinary RBC levels in two groups were significantly decreased, and there were differences in the same group (P<0.05). After treatment, the urine examination indexes in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Corbrin Capsules combined with Leflunomide Tablets has clinical curative effect in treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis, can significantly improve renal function and urine examination indexes, with good safety, which has a certain clinical application value.
