目的 探讨宫瘤清胶囊联合枸橼酸他莫昔芬片治疗绝经期子宫肌瘤的临床疗效。方法 选取2016年3月—2017年9月成都医学院第一附属医院收治的绝经期子宫肌瘤患者90例为研究对象，所有患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组各45例。对照组患者口服枸橼酸他莫昔芬片，1片/次，2次/d。治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上口服宫瘤消胶囊，4粒/次，3次/d。两组均连续治疗6个月。观察两组的临床疗效，比较两组的子宫体积、肌瘤体积、雌二醇（E₂）、孕酮（P）、超敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）和肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）。结果 治疗后，对照组和治疗组的总有效率分别为80.0%、93.3%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组患者子宫体积、肌瘤体积较治疗前均明显缩小，同组治疗前后差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；且治疗组子宫体积、肌瘤体积明显小于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组患者的E₂和P水平较治疗前均明显降低，同组治疗前后差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；且治疗组雌激素水平明显低于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组患者hs-CRP和TNF-α水平较治疗前均明显降低，同组治疗前后差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；且治疗组炎性因子水平明显低于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 宫瘤清胶囊联合枸橼酸他莫昔芬片治疗绝经期子宫肌瘤具有较好的临床疗效，可缩小子宫肌瘤体积，降低血清E₂、P、hs-CRP和TNF-α水平，具有一定的临床推广应用价值。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Gongliuqing Capsules combined with Tamoxifen Citrate Tablets in treatment of uterine leiomyoma in menopause. Methods Patients (90 cases) with uterine leiomyoma in menopause in the First Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu Medical College from March 2016 to September 2017 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 45 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Tamoxifen Citrate Tablets, 1 tablet/time, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Gongliuqing Capsules on the basis of the control group, 4 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 6 months. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and uterine volume, myoma volume, levels of E₂, P, hs-CRP, and TNF-α in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 80.0% and 93.3%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, uterine volume and myoma volume in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of E₂ and P in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of hs-CRP and TNF-α in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Gongliuqing Capsules combined with Tamoxifen Citrate Tablets has clinical curative effect in treatment of uterine leiomyoma in menopause, can reduce the volume of uterine leiomyoma and the levels of serum E₂, P, hs-CRP, and TNF-α, which has a certain clinical application value.
