目的 探讨六味能消胶囊联合复方消化酶治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法 选取成都市西区医院2016年1月—2017年12月收治的功能性消化不良患者70例。随机分为对照组和治疗组，每组各35例。对照组餐后口服复方消化酶胶囊（Ⅱ），2粒/次，3次/d。治疗组在对照组基础上餐后口服六味能消胶囊，2粒/次，3次/d。两组均持续治疗4周。观察两组患者临床疗效，同时比较治疗前后两组患者中医证候积分、胃动素和胃泌素水平和生活质量评分。结果 治疗后，对照组和治疗组临床总有效率分别为77.14%和94.29%，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组中医证候积分显著降低（P<0.05），且治疗组中医证候积分明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组患者胃动素和胃泌素水平较治疗前显著升高（P<0.05），且治疗组胃动素和胃泌素水平均明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组患者各项生活质量评分较治疗前均显著升高（P<0.05），且治疗组生活质量评分明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 六味能消胶囊联合复方消化酶治疗功能性消化不良疗效满意，可有效缓解临床症状，改善生活质量。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of Liuwei Nengxiao Capsules combined with compound digestive enzyme in treatment of functional dyspepsia. Methods Patients (70 cases) with functional dyspepsia in Chengdu Western Hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 35 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Compound Digestive Enzyme Capsules (Ⅱ), 2 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Liuwei Nengxiao Capsules on the basis of the control group after meals, 2 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 4 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the TCM syndrome scores, motilin and gastrin levels, and quality of life scores in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy in the control and treatment groups was 77.14% and 94.29%, respectively, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the TCM syndrome scores in two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05), and the scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the motilin and gastrin levels in two groups were significantly increased (P<0.05), and the motilin and gastrin levels in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the quality of life scores in two groups were significantly increased (P<0.05), and these scores in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Liuwei Nengxiao Capsules combined with compound digestive enzyme has satisfactory curative effect in treatment of functional dyspepsia, can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life.
