目的 探究消糜阴道泡腾片联合克霉唑阴道片治疗霉菌性阴道炎的临床疗效。方法 选取2014年3月—2017年11月在武警特色医学中心和北京市房山区妇幼保健院进行治疗的136例霉菌性阴道炎患者作为研究对象，根据数字表法随机分为对照组和治疗组，每组各68例。对照患者晚间睡前冲洗阴道并将克霉唑阴道片置入阴道深处，1片/次，1次/d。治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上将消糜阴道泡腾片置入阴道深处，1片/次，1次/d。7 d为1个疗程，每月重复1疗程，两组患者均连续治疗3个月。观察两组患者的临床疗效，同时比较两组患者治疗前后的血清炎性因子、氧化应激产物水平和复发情况。结果 治疗后，治疗组的总有效率为94.12%，显著高于对照组的79.41%，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组患者肿瘤坏死因子α（TNF-α）、C反应蛋白（CRP）、白细胞介素-6（IL-6）和白细胞介素-8（IL-8）水平均明显降低，同组治疗前后比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；且治疗后治疗组血清炎症因子水平明显低于对照组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组患者氧化应激产物超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）、丙二醛（MDA）水平均显著升高，一氧化碳（NO）、内皮素-1（ET-1）水平均显著降低，同组治疗前后比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；且治疗后治疗组血清氧化应激产物水平显著优于对照组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，治疗组总复发率为7.35%，显著低于对照组的29.41%，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 消糜阴道泡腾片联合克霉唑阴道片治疗霉菌性阴道炎中可有效降低血清炎症因子水平，显著改善机体氧化应激状态，降低复发率，具有一定的临床推广应用价值。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Xiaomi Vaginal Effervescent Tablets combined with Clotrimazole Vaginal Tablets in treatment of fungal vaginitis. Methods Women (136 cases) with fungal vaginitis in Armed Police Characteristic Medical Center and Beijing Fangshan District Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from March 2014 to November 2017 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups according to the digital table method, and each group had 68 cases. Women in the control group were placed with Clotrimazole Vaginal Tablets into deep vagina at bedtime after cleaning the vagina, 1 tablet/time, once daily. Women in the treatment group were placed with Xiaomi Vaginal Effervescent Tablets into deep vagina, 1 tablet/time, once daily. One course of treatment had 7 d, repeated a course of treatment every month, and women in two groups were treated for 3 months. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the serum inflammatory factors, the emergency products of serum oxidation, and recurrence in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy in the treatment group was 94.12%, which was significantly higher than 79.41% in the control group, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of TNF-α, CRP, IL-6, and IL-8 in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). After treatment, serum inflammatory factor levels in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, SOD and MDA levels in two groups were significantly increased, but NO and ET-1 levels in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). After treatment, emergency products of serum oxidation levels in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the total recurrence rate in the treatment group was 7.35%, which was significantly lower than 29.41% in the control group, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Xiaomi Vaginal Effervescent Tablets combined with Clotrimazole Vaginal Tablets in treatment of fungal vaginitis can effectively reduce the level of serum inflammatory factors, significantly improve the state of oxidative stress, and reduce the recurrence rate, which has a certain clinical application value.
