目的 探讨杜仲降压片联合氯沙坦钾氢氯噻嗪治疗高血压的有效性。方法 选取2016年10月—2017年10月在黑龙江农垦建三江人民医院治疗的高血压患者132例，随机分成对照组和治疗组，每组各66例。对照组患者口服氯沙坦钾氢氯噻嗪片，1片/次，1次/d。治疗组患者在对照组基础上口服杜仲降压片，5片/次，3次/d。两组患者连续治疗6周。观察两组患者临床疗效，同时比较治疗前后两组患者血压水平和生化指标水平。结果 治疗后，对照组临床有效率为83.33%，显著低于治疗组的95.45%，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组患者收缩压和舒张压均显著下降（P<0.05），且治疗组血压水平明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组患者尿微量白蛋白和胱抑素C均显著降低（P<0.05），肾小球滤过率明显增加（P<0.05），且治疗组尿微量白蛋白、肾小球滤过率和胱抑素C水平明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 杜仲降压片联合氯沙坦钾氢氯噻嗪治疗高血压效果显著、安全性好，具有一定的临床推广应用价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Duzhong Jiangya Tablets combined with losartan potassium and hydrochlorothiazide in treatment of hypertension. Methods Patients (132 cases) with hypertension in People's Hospital of Sanjiang from October 2016 to October 2017 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 66 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Losartan Potassium and Hydrochlorothiazide Tablets, 1 tablet/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Duzhong Jiangya Tablets on the basis of the control group, 5 tablets/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 6 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the blood pressure levels, the biochemical indicators levels in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy in the control group was 83.33%, which was significantly lower than 95.45% in the treatment group, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the systolic and diastolic blood pressure in two groups was significantly decreased (P<0.05), and the blood pressure level in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the microalbuminuria and cystatin C in two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05), but glomerular filtration rate was significantly increased (P<0.05), and the microalbuminuria, cystatin C and glomerular filtration rate in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Duzhong Jiangya Tablets combined with losartan potassium and hydrochlorothiazide in treatment of hypertension has significant effect and high safety, which has a certain clinical application value.
