喉癌是一类起源于喉部鳞状上皮的恶性肿瘤，尽管治疗方式不断优化，其临床防治仍然具有较大挑战。姜黄素可通过抑制细胞增殖、抑制细胞迁移和侵袭、抑制细胞凋亡、靶向阻断肿瘤恶性行为、增强化疗敏感性、增强放疗敏感性发挥抗喉癌的作用。总结了姜黄素治疗喉癌的药理作用研究进展，为姜黄素的临床应用提供参考。

Laryngeal cancer is a malignant tumor originating from the squamous epithelium of the larynx, and despite continuous improvements in treatment methods, its clinical prevention and management remain highly challenging. Curcumin exerts anti-laryngeal cancer effects by inhibiting cell proliferation, suppressing cell migration and invasion, blocking apoptosis, targeting and disrupting malignant tumor behaviors, enhancing chemotherapy sensitivity, and improving radiotherapy sensitivity. This article summarizes the pharmacological research progress on curcumin in treating thyroid cancer, providing a reference for its clinical application.
