目的 探讨黄连上清丸联合康复新液治疗复发性阿弗他溃疡的临床疗效。方法 纳入2024年6月—2025年7月北京航天总医院收治的78例复发性阿弗他溃疡患者，随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组，每组各39例。对照组含漱后口服康复新液治疗，10 mL/次，充分含漱1～2min后咽下，3次/d。治疗组在对照组基础上口服黄连上清丸，1丸/次，温水送服，2次/d。两组疗程14 d。观察两组临床疗效，比较治疗前后平均溃疡期、疼痛指数、溃疡面积、充血面积、口腔黏膜病问卷（COMDQ）评分、简式抑郁–焦虑–压力量表（DASS-21）评分和匹兹堡睡眠质量指数（PSQI）评分。统计两组随访6个月的复发率。结果 治疗组总有效率（97.44%）显著高于对照组（79.49%，P＜0.05）。治疗后，两组平均溃疡期、疼痛指数评分、溃疡面积、充血面积均降低（P＜0.05），治疗后治疗组平均溃疡期、疼痛指数评分、溃疡面积、充血面积均低于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗后，两组COMDQ中疼痛和功能限制评分、药物治疗相关评分、社交及情感功能评分、对患者的支持评分及总分均低于同组治疗前（P＜0.05），且治疗组COMDQ量表各维度评分均低于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗后，两组DASS-21评分与PSQI评分均下降（P＜0.05），治疗后治疗组DASS-21评分和PSQI评分均低于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗组复发率（7.69%）显著低于对照组（25.64%）（P＜0.05）。结论 复发性阿弗他溃疡采用黄连上清丸联合康复新液治疗可显著缩短溃疡愈合时间，缓解局部疼痛与充血症状，改善患者情绪状态、睡眠质量及生活质量，降低溃疡复发率，且安全性较高。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Huanglian Shangqing Pills combined with Kangfuxin Liquid in treatment of recurrent aphthous ulcer. Methods A total of 78 patients with recurrent aphthous ulcers who were admitted to Beijing Aerospace General Hospital from June 2024 to July 2025 were included. They were randomly divided into control group and treatment group using random number table, with 39 cases in each group. Patients in control group received oral Kangfuxin Liquid after gargling and then took it orally, 10 mL per time. After fully gargling for 1 to 2 min, they swallowed it and took it 3 times daily. Patients in treatment group took Huanglian Shangqing Pills in addition to control group, 1 pill per time, taken with warm water, twice daily. Both groups had a treatment course of 14 d. The clinical efficacy of two groups was observed, and the average ulcer stage, pain index, ulcer area, congestion area, COMDQ score, DASS-21 score, and PSQI score before and after treatment were compared. The recurrence rate of two groups after 6 months of follow-up was statistically analyzed. Results The total effective rate of treatment group (97.44%) was significantly higher than that of control group (79.49%, P < 0.05). After treatment, the average ulcer duration, pain index score, ulcer area, and congestion area of both groups decreased (P < 0.05). After treatment, the average ulcer duration, pain index score, ulcer area, and congestion area of treatment group were all lower than those of control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the pain and functional limitation scores, drug treatment-related scores, social and emotional function scores, support scores for patients, and total scores in COMDQ of both groups were all lower than those before treatment in the same group (P < 0.05), and the scores of each dimension of the COMDQ scale in the treatment group were all lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, DASS-21 scores and PSQI scores of both groups decreased (P < 0.05), and DASS-21 scores and PSQI scores of treatment group were lower than those of control group (P < 0.05). The recurrence rate of treatment group (7.69%) was significantly lower than that of control group (25.64%) (P < 0.05). Conclusion The treatment of recurrent aphthous ulcers with Huanglian Shangqing Pills combined with Kangfeng Liquid can significantly shorten the healing time of ulcers, relieve local pain and congestion symptoms, improve the emotional state, sleep quality and life quality of patients, reduce the recurrence rate of ulcers, which has a relatively high safety profile.
