目的 采用超高效液相色谱-四极杆-静电场轨道阱高分辨质谱(UPLC-Q-Exactive-Orbitrap-MS)技术对飞龙掌血中化学成分、大鼠入血成分进行鉴定。方法 采用UPLC-Q-Exactive-Orbitrap-MS法对飞龙掌血水提液冻干粉、SD雄性大鼠含药血浆样品进行分析,鉴定飞龙掌血中化学成分,进行裂解规律分析,并进行入血成分分析。结果 鉴定出飞龙掌血水提液中含有80个化学成分,主要包括黄酮类、生物碱类、有机酸类成分。推测了5,7-二甲氧基香豆素、别隐品碱、木兰花碱、小檗碱、秦皮甲素、绿原酸的裂解途径。鉴定飞龙掌血水提液进入血液中移行成分有13个,均为原型成分。结论 全面、准确、快速地鉴定了飞龙掌血水提液及其含药血浆中化学成分,以期为飞龙掌血的质量控制和药效物质研究提供参考。

Objective To identify the chemical constituents from Toddalia asiatica and components absorbed into rat blood by UPLC-Q-Exactive-Orbitrap-MS method. Methods UPLC-Q-Exactive-Orbitrap-MS method was employed to analyze T. asiatica water extract freeze-dried powder and the plasma samples containing the drug from SD male rats. The chemical components in T. asiatica were identified, and their fragmentation patterns were analyzed, and the components absorbed into rat blood were also analyzed. Results A total of 80 chemical components were identified from T. asiatica, including flavonoids, alkaloids, and organic acids. The fragmentation pathways of 5,7-dimethoxycoumarin, allocryptopine, magnolol, berberine, esculin, and chlorogenic acid were speculated. A total of 13 prototype blood components were identified from plasma samples. Conclusion The chemical components in T. asiatica water extract and its drug containing plasma were comprehensively, accurately, and rapidly identified, in order to provide reference for the quality control and pharmacological substance research of T. asiatica.
