恶性肿瘤已成为威胁人类健康的主要疾病之一，在保证抗肿瘤效应的同时降低系统毒性、延缓耐药进展并实现多靶点干预已成为肿瘤药物治疗的重要难点。虎杖苷是虎杖中具有代表性的酚类活性成分，可通过抑制细胞增殖、抑制细胞侵袭和转移、抑制血管生成、阻止肿瘤恶性行为、促进细胞死亡、提高放疗敏感性、协同增强化疗抗肿瘤活性发挥抗肿瘤活性。综述了虎杖苷抗肿瘤作用的研究进展，为虎杖苷的临床抗肿瘤研究提供参考。

Malignant tumors have become one of the major diseases threatening human health. While ensuring antitumor efficacy, reducing systemic toxicity, delaying drug resistance progression, and achieving multi-target intervention have emerged as critical challenges in cancer drug therapy. Polydatin, a representative phenolic active component in Polygoni Cuspidati Rhizoma et Radix, exhibit antitumor activity by inhibiting cell proliferation, suppressing cell invasion and metastasis, blocking angiogenesis, preventing tumor malignant behaviors, promoting cell death, enhancing radiotherapy sensitivity, and synergistically boosting chemotherapy antitumor activity. This review summarizes the research progress on antitumor effects of polydatin, providing a reference for clinical antitumor studies of this compound.
