哮喘是一种常见的慢性气道炎症性疾病,其患病率在全球范围内呈上升趋势。黄芩苷为黄芩中主要黄酮类活性成分,具有多种药理活性。黄芩苷可通过抑制哮喘气道炎症反应、调节Th1/Th2/Th17/Treg免疫平衡、抗氧化应激作用、抑制气道重塑、调节气道平滑肌和黏液分泌发挥治疗哮喘的作用。综述了黄芩苷治疗哮喘的药理作用研究进展,为其临床转化、新药研发提供药理学基础。

Asthma is a common chronic inflammatory airway disease whose prevalence is rising worldwide. Baicalin, the principal flavonoid extracted from Scutellariae Radix, possesses multiple pharmacological activities. Baicalin can treat asthma by inhibiting airway inflammation, regulating Th1/Th2/Th17/Treg immune balance, antioxidant stress response, inhibiting airway remodeling, and regulating airway smooth muscle and mucus secretion. This article reviews the pharmacological research progress of baicalin in treatment of asthma, providing a pharmacological basis for its clinical translation and new drug development.
